Essential Oils
What I look for and where to find it.

What Pure Means to Me
I have 30+ years of personal experience with pure essential oils. They have to be pure.
-
Here is what I look for:
-
-
*A GC/MS test
-
*The botanical Latin name
-
*The country of origin
-
*No fragrance oil or perfume grade oil sold as essential oils
-
"Therapeutic grade" is a marketing phrase. It has no standard meaning.

Pure Essential Oils
Single oils and blends. Look for the four points above before you buy.

Carrier Oils
A carrier oil is a plain oil used to dilute essential oils. Common ones are fractionated coconut oil, jojobo, and sweet almond.

Glass Bottles, Tools, and Supplies

Everything you need to make, measure, store and carry your own blends. This includes glass rollerballs, spray bottles, droppers, funnels, pipettes and storage cases.
Resources
Books, articles, posters, recipes. A good resource teaches you to use oils with care.
